Peanut Clusters

1 12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
1 12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
4 Tbsp. peanut butter

Melt butter in a double boiler until creamy. Pour over 4 cups of Spanish peanuts. Chill.
